<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Azure Site Reliability Engineer to join our Global Information Technology Group which is part of KPMG International.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Implement and embed Site Reliability Engineering processes in the day-to-day operation of KPMG’s Global Azure infrastructure</li><li>Provide technical support with technical teams and outsourced provider(s)</li><li>Attend meetings both internal and with third party vendors</li><li>Participate in on call rotation and act as technical infrastructure lead role during major incidents</li><li>Engage in troubleshooting, support escalation, and ITSM ticket approvals and handling (Incident, Problems, Service Request and Change)</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum three years of recent Azure DevOps knowledge: CI/CD Pipelines, Git, Repositories, Boards, YAML and strong PowerShell scripting capabilities</li><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or an additional year of relevant work experience</li><li>Possess at least AZ-104 or AZ-204 certification; AZ-400 certification is preferred</li><li>Good understanding of Site Reliability Engineering Principals such as Monitoring, Observability, Release Automation, Eliminate Toil and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (including Terraform, PowerShell Desired State - DSC)</li><li>Must possess a solid understanding of Linux OS and Windows OS</li><li>Experience in managing small projects</li></ul>
