<p>KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Audit organization.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide administrative support to include arranging travel plans and meetings; interact and liaise with members of the functional team, management, and external clients; handle confidential information</li><li>Build relationships with internal and external clients and obtain an understanding of priorities, projects, and preferences to meet expectations</li><li>Use business applications consistently and accurately</li><li>Maintain systematic quality control to help ensure accuracy and proactively address issues that negatively impact processes and procedures</li><li>Proofread emails and correspondence while demonstrating professionalism and tact in interactions with others</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum five years of recent administrative experience; preferably in a professional services environment</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred</li><li>Able to proactively troubleshoot problems, ask questions for clarification and understand when to escalate</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications; excellent web-based research skills; capability to learn firm-wide applications and technology packages; ability to create training materials for use in everyday administrative applications and processes</li><li>Capable of prioritizing competing requirements and/or deadlines</li><li>Ability to work in office minimum two days per week and overtime, as needed</li></ul>
