analyze, implement and manage systems and technical tools, including requirements; consult on design, process decisions and strategies on system Implementations and work with clients to define requirements and needs</li><li>Act as a strategic business partner to Human Resources Digital Technology (HRDT) on behalf of Experienced Hire, Senior Talent and University Talent Acquisition (TA) teams including serving as a bridge that links HRDT and the Recruiting business community to ensure the services HRDT provides are well aligned with business needs; partner with HRDT to analyze and manage risk and legal reviews for process changes and technology enhancements or new technologies as well as, partnering with TA and HRDT Leadership on attendance for technology conferences</li><li>Research, identify and recommend improvement and innovation opportunities to be considered by Solutions and TA Leaders for implementation and present these alternatives to team management and/or TA leaders; recommends and builds process improvements, including but not limited to adoption of new business processes, integration with other systems (additional third-party systems where necessary) and enhancement of system functionality</li><li>Research new technologies to determine options for TA business requirements/needs as well as, promoting and supporting system adoption, including use of new functionality and use of the system by new groups</li><li>Manage applicant configuration/access permissions and interface; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;'><li>Minimum six years combined experience in Information Technology, Process Improvements and Recruiting with KPMG Talent Acquisition experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university</li><li>Information Technology and Process Improvements experience, preferably with recruiting and onboarding systems, applicant tracking systems, recruiting contact management systems, processes and compliance matters (OFCCP, PCAOB) career sites and other recruiting related technologies; Avature experience desired; experience managing individuals within a matrixed environment with multiple geographically dispersed stakeholders and decision makers; experience managing large projects that have significant impact and influence to continuously improve recruiting processes and programs for the firm; ability to coordinate with leadership to translate business needs into effective IT Recruiting strategies and solutions</li><li>Proven performer who is results-oriented, executes against multiple timelines while remaining client-focused to lead solution-driven initiatives and recruiting processes that add value and are aligned against functional and BPG priorities</li><li>Strong understanding of KPMG and the industry with a strong client orientation and the ability to build relationships and trust within a broad range of leaders, teams and internal/external stakeholders</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels</li></ul>
