<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist. Managed Services Compliance Lead to join our <a href="https://www.kpmgspectrum.com/content/Spectrum/en/HomeSpectrum.html?Location=us" target="_blank">KPMG Spectrum</a> practice.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develops and implements a comprehensive compliance framework across delivery and operations</li><li>Implements and monitors procedures to assure compliance onshore and offshore</li><li>Assists with the execution of compliance reviews, assessments, audits and reporting on issues and possible remedies</li><li>Works with Risk Management to develop and update policies, norms and control objectives</li><li>Evaluates management- and project situations that have a potential impact on compliance and develops measurable KPIs and implements these</li><li>Helps improve knowledge, education and training on compliance topics</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum four years of recent experience in an operational environment and possess strong understanding and proven track record in Compliance functions</li><li>Bachelors degree in Compliance and/or Assurance related discipline or equivalent work experience</li><li>Awareness of the Regulatory &amp; Compliance guidelines and other relevant legislation, procedures and processes</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to use information to generate creative solutions to benefit the business</li><li>Solid presentation skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders and strong focus on results-led management and situational leadership skills</li><li>Ability to be detail-oriented and manage large amounts of information through data organization</li><li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future</li><li>Ability to travel as necessary</li></ul>
