<div><p>KPMG is currently seeking a Oracle EPM Functional, Senior Specialist to join our <a href="https://advisory.kpmg.us/" target="_blank">Managed Services</a> practice.</p></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></div><ul><li>Conduct optimization initiatives, provide break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvement </li><li>Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions including interactions with offshore team members</li><li>Gather requirements from client user via KPMG requirements template and configure, test and support User Acceptance testing (UAT); perform or assist with migration to PROD</li><li>Quarterly release testing (responsible for a set of test scripts to be tested as well as provide analysis on new functionality being release and recommend to client if it should be implemented or not)</li><li>Work in KPMG Service Now application for ticketing / documentation and communication<br><br></li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Minimum of five Oracle EPM implementations and/or three years of post-production support</li><li>Bachelor’s or Associates degree from an accredited college/university</li><li>Knowledge and experience supporting EPM application in the following areas: FCCS, PBCS, PCMCS and ARCS is a plus</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management</li><li>Ability to support multiple clients and work tickets in your que in timely manner</li><li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future</li></ul>
