<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Service Delivery Analyst I to join our <a href="https://advisory.kpmg.us/" target="_blank">Advisory Services</a> practice.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Work flexibly in a centralized high performing team environment supporting internal and external clients who may be spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support project delivery</li><li>Accountable for setup and administration of projects including coordinating schedules, preparing document request lists, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and reviewing documents and reports for correctness and formatting</li><li>Develop and maintain knowledge of policy and processes to ensure consistent competency and KPIs are met</li><li>Effectively review data across multiple/systems and maintain personal compliance of operational and regulatory risk</li><li>Handle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, and help resolve project issues with minimal supervision</li><li>Assist Team Leaders in the construction and execution of quality related, informal, and formal development plans</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred</li><li>Beginner awareness and understanding of business and technical competencies</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook etc.)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operational environment</li><li>Ability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports from various database and software applications via Microsoft products</li><li>Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives and diagrams; adaptable and strong collaboration skills</li><li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future</li></ul>
