<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our <a href="https://tax.kpmg.us/services/economic-statistical-consulting.html" target="_blank">Economic &amp; Statistical Consulting</a> practice.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Play a key role in developing our Economic Services practice</li><li>Direct engagements that involve a multidisciplinary staff in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Manage projects requiring rigorous impartial data collection, analysis, and reporting using quantitative and/or qualitative techniques</li><li>Develop proposals for new business development opportunities by collaborating with KPMGs Audit and Advisory practices</li><li>Promote KPMGs experience through various mechanisms such as publications, conferences, and technical communications</li><li>Contribute to the growth, experience, and institutional knowledge of Economic and Valuation Services (EVS) staff-level team members</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum eight years of recent related experience in an audit, tax, and/or advisory firm, professional services firm, or think tank, coupled with experience with public sector agencies and corporations requiring analytical support in areas such as econometric modeling, statistical analysis, or economic impact analysis</li><li>Ph.D. or MA/MS in the fields of Statistics, Information Management, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Public Policy, Investment Management or Finance, in addition to others on KPMG’s approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that list</li><li>Possess enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, and self-motivation</li><li>Demonstrated skill in business development</li><li>Strong foundation in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to translate research findings into clear and actionable results</li></ul>
