<div><p></p><p>Performance Hub is currently seeking an Analyst II to join our Performance Hub practice.</p><p></p><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Work flexibly in a centralized, high performing team environment, providing robust support to both internal and external clients to include coordinating with team members and stakeholders located in various geographic locations, utilizing virtual communication tools, and ensuring seamless project delivery</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks, including but not limited to, coordinating meetings, managing project requests, maintaining project deliverable schedules, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and proper formatting</li><li>Support the review of data across multiple systems and maintain personal compliance of operational and regulatory risk in support of the following capabilities: enhance due diligence, transaction monitoring, fraud investigations, grants management, validations, PMO, and controls testing</li><li>Maintain knowledge of policies and processes to ensure consistent competency and KPIs are met to include generating AI use cases in efforts to improve quality and productivity</li><li>Handle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, and help resolve project issues with the support of the Senior Analyst or above; actively contribute to the culture of the center by assisting other team members and supporting the development of SOPs and training initiatives</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold Performance Hub's respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Minimum two years of recent and relevant work experience</li><li>Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required</li><li>Experience preferred within one of our primary functional areas: financial services, retail banking, controls testing, project management, data validation, grants management</li><li>Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and more); demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operational environment</li><li>Intermediate understanding of business and technical competencies, organizational tools, and processes with ability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports from various database and software applications via Microsoft products</li><li>Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives and diagrams; adaptable and strong collaboration skills</li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; Performance Hub will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)</li></ul></div>
