<p>KPMG is currently seeking an Associate for Digital Nexus. TESTING</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Knowledge in technology software development, maintenance, testing and process development</li><li>Support standardization and monitoring quality of software deliveries</li><li>Participate in the development of Key Performance Indictors (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to monitor process adherence in order to attain and retain CMMI certification</li><li>Continuously update and modernize process as opportunities arise</li><li>Resolve complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes; escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions and involving the right stakeholders</li><li>Document processes and maintain formal process documents (procedures and diagrams)</li><li>Maintain campaign reporting and dashboards for stakeholders; liaise regularly with media agency and media partners to develop and deploy creative tactics through multiple media channels, including print, video, podcast, sponsorships, digital, search, social and new and evolving media</li><li>Liaise regularly with media agency and media partners to develop and deploy creative tactics through multiple media channels, including print, video, podcast, sponsorships, digital, search, social and new and evolving media</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months; Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Human and Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Process Design and Engineering, Product Design, User Experience or equivalent program from an accredited college or university</li><li>Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above</li><li>Understanding of application development, management, project management life cycle and software development life cycle processes</li><li>Knowledge of tools like Visio or comparable process modeling tools, to develop and maintain measurable processes and procedures</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office; strong knowledge of Excel and/or SharePoint a plus</li><li>Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to build productive relationships with peers</li><li>Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
