<p><strong>KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director in &lt;a href="https://advisory.kpmg.us/"target="_blank"&gt;Con FED Customer &amp; Operations &lt;/a&gt; for our Consulting practice.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead business and market development efforts including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping prospective engagements, and developing proposals</li><li>Provide methodological guidance, oversight, leadership, and program delivery for supply chain, procurement or operations focused business transformations specific to the U.S. Federal government sector</li><li>Provide leadership to Client Service and Delivery teams and mentor junior staff</li><li>Develop and sustain trust-based relationships with C-level executives</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Fifteen plus years of management consulting experience providing supply chain, procurement or operations advisory services to U.S. Federal government clients</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred</li><li>Demonstrated leadership, client management, and project management skills, along with a strong business development track record</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives</li><li>U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time</li></ul>
