<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Tax Intern to join our <a href="https://tax.kpmg.us/services/international-tax.html" target="_blank">International Tax</a> practice.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Advise clients on import and export matters in a variety of industries</li><li>Examine U.S. and international import and export trade matters</li><li>Research, write, and review international trade advice</li><li>Formulate ideas and deliver possible trade savings opportunities</li><li>Assist in the delivery of multiple client engagements on time and within budget</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Tax, or other business-related major), International Affairs (International Studies, Political Science, Sociology), Data or related degree from an accredited college/university</li><li>Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above</li><li>Demonstrated quality service mindset; strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Access </li><li>Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work</li><li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally and/or work on-site at client premises as needed, at times with relatively short notice</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future</li></ul>
